What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies with each Seller & Pincode.

Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products. While, orders of Rs.2000/- or above are delivered free.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Return Policy

Replacement/Returning of defective/damaged item?

Replacement will be accepted only if your purchased product is In stock with the merchant. In case, the product is out of stock, we will issue you a refund.

Also, if the product delivered is not the same that you had ordered, merchant's consent is required to replace. Please read the Product description carefully and choose the right requireditem.

If you receive a damaged or a defective item please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package. Kindly enclose a note stating the reason for the returns. Also state your order no & send it to us via a trusted courier or mail. As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount as per your choice. In your return note please advice us whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This facility is only for goods bought from us. Return of any defective / damage item should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our working office:

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

You can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by Seller.

PLEASE MAKE NOTE:

The return courier charges incurred by you will be refunded by us into your account. The maximum courier refund amount we can credit into your account is Rs.149/-. Hence, please choose the right courier service for returning the product. Incase, the return courier amount is more than Rs.100/- , kindly call our customer care support or drop us an e-mail stating the same and we shall send our courier boys for a pick up or advice you through which courier service you can return the products.

It takes between 1 to 2 weeks from the time a request is raised, to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
